This program prepares students to pass the California Real Estate Agent License exam in 9 weeks. This program is delivered entirely on line: direct instruction will be on Zoom and these lectures support online curriculum so students are expertly prepared to pass the state exam and have a successful career as a real estate agent. Three courses in real estate Principles, Practices, and Finance are presented such that students meet state requirements for course hours in a more flexible manner without sacrificing quality. The three state real estate courses, Principles, Practices, and Finance are presented such that students meet state requirements for course hours in a more flexible, fast-paced manner, and are still prepared for the state exams. Students can take individual classes, if they only need to pass one of the state exams.

Pre-requisites: Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
