Class size is limited for student safety at the MCAS Ceramics Program at The Wheelhouse ceramics lab!
Classes will once again be available for morning, afternoon, and evening in-person sessions on either Tuesday or Thursday.

Ceramics Summer Session 1

* Students must only attend the day/time they have paid for. Students who wish to attend classes outside of their day/time must enroll in the class times and pay for the class meetings.
This eight-week summer Ceramics course instructs students in hand building, potter's wheel, glazing, firing, and marketing of finished work. Students from beginners to advanced will learn all aspects of ceramics, functional and sculptural, from highfire to raku. Class sizes are limited due to suggested student safety guidelines. Students can only attend the class times for which they have registered. Registration fee includes a $25 Summer Session lab fee.
Summer sessions are available to continuing students only. New students will be welcome to register for the Fall Semester in August.
Students must register in advance either in person at the Monrovia Adult School main campus or via the MCAS website.

Our English as a Second Language faculty is passionate, caring and committed to helping our students become proficient in English as quickly as possible. The MCAS Academic Lab offers a rigorous high school diploma program that prepares students for postsecondary education. Students seeking assistance with basic skills or test prep for the GED or HiSET can receive assistance from highly qualified instructors. And MCAS arts and crafts classes are taught by talented, successful artists.
